Constucted in 2004, Taipei 101 was once the tallest building skyscraper in the world and held that claim until the opening of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai in 2010. Awarded with a LEED Platinum certification in July 2011, it is officially the tallest and largest green building in the world comprising of 101 floors above ground and 5 floors underground. There is a mall, club, and many world-class restaurants within the building.

Which is known as Xinyi Public Assembly Hall. The village was built in 1948 and is believed to be first military family dependents’ village in Taiwan. Nowadays the village allows tourists to have an opportunity to experience the old simple style military community.
